Fredagen den 11:e september släpper klassiska Tygers Of Pan Tang sitt nya album ”Electrifyed” via bolaget Mighty Music. I början på maj presenterades första singeln i form av plattans titelspår.

Det melodiösa hårdrocksbandet Circus Of Rock kommer i början på nästa år att släppa ett nytt album via bolaget Pride & Joy Music. Så här går att läsa i ett pressmeddelande:

We’re happy to announce the signing of Circus Of Rock! The band is currently working on a new, yet untitled album which will be released in late Spring next year!

CIRCUS OF ROCK is finnish-american band started and fronted by Mirka Rantanen who has a long career in the field of Finnish hard rock and heavy metal music, as a professional drummer. Mirka has played on about 50 albums during his almost 40 years career, including releases by Warmen, Thunderstone, Raskasta Joulua, King Company, Kotipelto, Northern Kings, Revolution Renaissance, and more. In addition, 17 years ago he created the very popular heavy rock band for kids called ‘Hevisaurus’ (Heavysaurus) for which he was awarded the Emma Award in 2011 (the Finnish equivalent of a Grammy).

Circus Of Rock’s debut album, “Come One, Come All” was released in August 2021 followed by ”Lost Behind The Mask” in May 2023. Both records featured numerous guests.

In September 2024, Mirka published an official statement that Circus of Rock has officially turned into a real band with a permanent line-up. This made it much easier to build the band’s brand and side activities such as gigs and tours.

He got the legendary Mark Boals (Yngwie Malmsteen, Dokken, Ted Nugent and more) as a regular vocalist and together with the rest of the band, they released the album “Hellfire” in June 2025.
